Tres Rios La Dama Costa RicaFull City Roast
French Roast
On the outskirts of San Jose lies the world-renowned coffee-producing region of Tres Ríos (so named because of its location at the convergence of three rivers: Río Tiribí, Río Chiquito and Río Fiero). Tres Rios is known worldwide for producing some of the best coffee in the country, and Costa Rican coffee is famous for its excellent quality and robust flavor. Grown at an altitude of 4,900 to 6,500 feet, Costa Rica La Dama is shade grown in the Central Valley’s rich volcanic soil. With over one hundred inches of rain annually, it’s the perfect environment for the production of a very fine coffee. The beans are harvested during the late fall and early winter, wet processed and then sun dried. |
