In each case, the initial license fee includes a $2,000 credit toward a coffee origin trip where you will meet the farmers that grow some of our coffees, learn about their coffees and learn how coffee is grown.

We offer assistance in the preparation of a comprehensive business plan and guidance on approaching lenders. We have relationships with third-party lenders who are already familiar with Dunn Bros Coffee. Qualified applicants may be required to put 30% cash down of the total initial investment and gain a loan term of up to ten years on the amount borrowed.What is the size of our stores?
Many of our stores are located in traditional endcap locations that range in size from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet. A drive thru is optional. We have also developed an "Express" unit that can range in size from 500 to 1000 square feet. Dunn Bros Coffee is a roaster/retailer. We roast coffee fresh daily in each traditional store. This is done in front of the consumer. In addition to Starbucks®, we compete against other regional and independent specialty coffee retailers.
